Accessibility Statement for the RWTH Jobs Portal
RWTH Aachen University is committed to making its Jobs Portal website accessible in accordance with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The Jobs Portal websites underwent accessibility testing by the external testing agency TWIN CUBES GmbH in 2022.
The scope included a representative sample of seven pages, selected by the testing agency.
Testing was conducted using the BITV test methodology, which is based on the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) of May 21, 2019, and the EN 301 549 V3.2.1 referenced in the BITV.
Compliance Status
The pages selected as part of the independent, representative sample were evaluated by the external testing agency TWIN CUBES GmbH and found to be compliant with BITV / EN 301 549 requirements.
Non-Accessible Content
The following content is currently not accessible:
- The Shibboleth login page lacks proper labeling for two input fields: username and password
- The (Re)Captcha security question may present barriers for people with cognitive disabilities.
We are actively working to remove these barriers as quickly as possible.
